Our office is on the first floor of Surya Arcade, which is Shop No. 28. If you know National Road in Ghumar Mandi, we are right in that busy stretch. It is a lively area with lots of shops around us. We spend most of our mornings opening up and getting the computer systems running to check on student applications. Dealing with education and immigration means a lot of paper trails and keeping folders organized. People walk up the stairs and usually ask about which countries are open for students or how the visa process is moving along. We try to keep things simple and explain the steps without using too many big words. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have several sets of documents spread out over the desks. Ghumar Mandi is a place where everyone is always moving, so we get people dropping in just to ask a quick question while they are out shopping nearby. We have been in this spot for a while now. It is just a regular workplace where we deal with passports, college letters, and all those tiny details that go into moving abroad. The furniture is basic and we usually have the tea kettle going for when someone stops by for a long chat about their future plans. It is just us here in the arcade, working through the daily tasks of an education and immigration consultancy.
