V2N Construction (Opc) Private Limited

V2N Construction is basically Naveen Kumar’s operation out of House No. 36 in Village Tikar. We are located in the Rajgarh area of Sirmaur. Since it’s an OPC, it is a small, personal business. I mostly handle small building projects for the neighbors and people in the nearby villages around Rajgarh. I’ve lived in Tikar my whole life, so I know everyone and they know where to find me if their roof starts leaking or if they want to build a new wall for their garden. It’s not a big company with lots of managers. It’s just me and some local laborers I hire when a job comes up. We use a lot of local stone because it’s cheaper and looks better in these hills. The work is physically demanding, especially when we have to carry bags of cement up to sites that aren’t near the main road. I spend a lot of time on my bike going from one site to another to check on how things are going. We don’t do any advertising. People just see the work I’ve done on other houses and ask for my number. It’s a slow and steady way to make a living. I try to be honest about how long a job will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. The weather in Sirmaur can be unpredictable, so we just do our best to stay on schedule.
