We are basically on the Sardar Patel University campus in Mandi, zip code 175001. Being on a university campus means there are always students running around and a lot of energy in the air. We are not some high-tech startup with bean bags and espresso machines. Our space is pretty basic, just like the rest of the university buildings. We have some old desks and plenty of notebooks scattered around. Mandi is a beautiful place, especially when the river is flowing high. We spend our days here talking to different people and trying to figure out how to make things work better. The university atmosphere keeps us busy, but we still take time for lunch at the local canteen. It is not a very formal environment. People walk in and out, and there is always some sort of discussion going on about a new project. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating, but we manage to get things done anyway. We are just a small group of people working out of a university office in Himachal. It is a practical setup for us, and it puts us right where the action is without all the corporate polish.
