Southern Agro Corporation is tucked away in Village Rewalsar, which is part of the Tehsil Balh in the Mandi district. Our place is situated quite close to the Naina Devi Temple, so we often see people visiting the temple on their way past us. Being in a village like Rewalsar means we are very much connected to the local rhythms of life here. We do not have a big city office with glass walls; it is more of a practical space where we handle our daily business. The air is different here compared to the big towns, and being near the Naina Devi Temple gives the whole area a bit of a peaceful feeling. We focus on our work in the agro sector, which is important given our location in the heart of Mandi. There is always something to do, whether it is coordinating with locals or managing the logistics of our operations from this village base. It takes a bit of time to get things moving sometimes, but that is just the way it goes in rural areas. We are just a local operation doing our bit in Tehsil Balh.
