Shriagrasen Construction Servicesprivate Limited is situated right in front of Galla Mandi Gate No 2. Our office is part of the C/O Harisharan setup in Mandori, Gursarai. Being near the Galla Mandi means it is always noisy and crowded with trucks and tractors carrying grain. The dust from the market usually finds its way into the office, so we are always cleaning off the desks. We do construction work, which means a lot of our days are spent out in the sun or dealing with technical drawings that sometimes don't make sense at first glance. There are about four or five of us who handle the main operations here. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for contractors to show up or for the materials to be unloaded. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the middle of a busy afternoon, which is just how things are in this part of the country. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. Most of the people who work with us just know where the office is and stop by when they need to talk. It is a very practical way to run a business. We focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. There is always a lot of shouting and activity outside the gate, but inside, we just try to keep things moving.
