You’ll find us at Plot 21, right in the Sunder Nagar 1 area. It’s quite close to Dhanotu Chowk, so we get a lot of the traffic coming through that intersection. The place is mostly a big warehouse space where we keep the inventory. It’s not the quietest neighborhood, with all the construction and trucks going by, but it’s good for our type of business. We spend most of our hours either on the phone or helping people who pull up to the gate looking for supplies. The floor is concrete and usually covered in a bit of dust from the road outside. We’ve got a couple of guys who handle the heavy lifting while I stay in the small front area to manage the orders and the paperwork. It’s a practical setup. We don't bother with much decoration. The walls are just painted white and have a few old calendars hanging up. In the afternoons, when it gets hot, we usually take a short break and sit near the door where there’s a bit of a breeze coming through. It’s been a few years since we moved into this spot, and we’ve grown used to the rhythm of the chowk. Sometimes we run out of storage space and have to stack things pretty high, which makes it a bit of a puzzle to find anything quickly. But we know where everything is kept. It’s just how we do things every day without making any big fuss.
