We’re right across from Jawahar Park in Bhojpur, Sundernagar. If you’re driving on NH-21, you can’t really miss the spot. Sandalee Real Estates is just a local office where we try to help folks find a place to stay or maybe a bit of land for a shop. The park across the street is nice, it gives us something green to look at when the road gets dusty. Working in real estate in Sundernagar means you get to know everyone eventually. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just standing outside talking to people passing by. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We don’t use any of those big fancy systems, just a lot of local knowledge and some old-fashioned record-keeping. Sometimes people come in just to ask about who bought what or if prices are going up. We tell them what we know. It's a lot of back and forth, really. Buying property is a big deal for most people, so we try not to rush things. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit lately. New shops popping up everywhere along the highway. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the community here. If you need to find us, just look for the building opposite the park. We’re usually around during the day, just doing our bit to keep things moving along. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the people we help.
