Samgra Design Studio Private Limited

Samgra Design Studio Private Limited is based in the heart of Shimla. We are located at Bansal Niwas, which is the home of Suresh Bansal. It’s in the Shimla Urban area. Being in Shimla means we are surrounded by hills and a lot of history. Our studio isn't a modern glass box. It’s part of a traditional house. We have our desks set up in a couple of the rooms. The views are great, which helps when you are trying to get things down on paper. Shimla can be very crowded with tourists, but Bansal Niwas is in a spot that feels a bit more like a neighborhood. We have been doing this here for some time. We don't have a fancy entrance or a receptionist. We usually just answer the door ourselves. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. The office has a lot of natural light, which is good for looking at work. In the winter, we have to bundle up because it gets really cold in these old buildings. We use small heaters and drink endless cups of tea. We aren't a big corporate agency. We are just local people working out of a house in town.
