We’re located over in Tilli, specifically at Shbhup Singh’s place. It’s in the Mandisadar area. Repollc Solutions is what we call the business, and it’s been a steady climb getting it to where it is today. Mandi is a good place to be based. It’s not too hectic but there’s enough going on to keep us busy. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or strict dress codes here. Usually, it’s just us in our regular clothes, sitting around the tables and figuring out solutions for the problems that come our way. We’re practical people. If something is broken, we fix it. If a task needs doing, we do it. We don’t spend a lot of time on long meetings that don’t go anywhere. Most of the folks working here are locals from around Mandisadar or nearby villages. We know the area well. The office is simple and functional. We have what we need to get the job done and not much else. No espresso machines or fancy lounge areas here. Just desks, chairs, and some decent tea to keep us going. We’ve found that being straightforward with people works best. We don’t promise things we can’t do. We just work on the projects we have and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours, and we take some pride in that. That’s about all there is to it for us, just working hard.
