Poddar Milkproducts Private Limited

Our place, Poddar Milkproducts Private Limited, is tucked away in Gandhi Mandi. We are operating out of Richa Jain’s spot. It is a very busy area with a lot of movement throughout the day. Dealing with milk products means we have to start our shift very early in the morning when most other people are still asleep. The air is always a bit cooler then, which is nice. It is not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time checking containers and making sure things are where they are supposed to be. Gandhi Mandi is full of energy, though it can get pretty crowded and tight by mid-morning. We do not have a big corporate team or anyone in suits. It is just a few of us making sure the daily tasks get done without any trouble. Sometimes the logistics of the market get a bit messy, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to squeeze through the narrow spots. We have had our ups and downs like any other small business. Some days are long, and your back starts to ache by the end of it. We just keep at it because this is what we know how to do. We are not looking to change the world. We just want to provide what we do and stay consistent for our customers. If you walk through Gandhi Mandi, you will probably smell all the different things being traded.
