Ose

Our business, Ose, is tucked away in Vill-Naily, which is part of P.O. Meramasit in the Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh. Being up here in the hills changes how you do business. Everything depends on the weather and the mountain roads. We’ve been operating from this small village for quite some time now. Our office is a simple building that looks out over the valley. It’s a quiet place to work, far away from the noise of the big Indian cities. Most of our neighbors are farmers or small shopkeepers. We handle our daily tasks between the morning mist and the early sunsets. It can get very cold in the winter, so we usually have a heater going while we check our logs and sort through the mail. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few dedicated people who live nearby. People often ask why we stayed here instead of moving to a bigger town, but we like the pace of life in Naily. We do our own maintenance and keep things running smoothly without much fuss. The post office is nearby, which helps with getting letters out. It’s a modest operation, but it’s ours. We spend our days dealing with the practical side of things, making sure everything is in order. It’s a good way to live and work in Mandi. We don't need much more than a desk and a bit of sunlight to get through the day.
