Niramaya Pharmaceuticals is situated on Barotiwala Road in Baddi. We are right near Ion Health Care, so if you see their sign, you’re almost at our door. Baddi is a very busy place, full of factories and trucks constantly moving back and forth. It’s an industrial town through and through. Our office is just a plain building on the side of the road. We don't have any big banners or flashy displays outside. Inside, it’s just our desks, some chairs, and all the files we need for the pharmaceutical business. It can get quite dusty outside with all the construction and the traffic on Barotiwala Road, so we try to keep the windows shut. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us have been in Baddi for a long time, so we’re used to the noise and the pace of the area. We don't spend much time on meetings. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be done over a cup of tea. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on the work at hand and don't really worry about having a polished image. It’s just a place of work. We handle the orders, check the inventory, and make sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a routine that works for us. Being near Ion Health Care makes it easy for people to find us if they really need to.
