Nir Sar Developers Llp is a small business based in the village of Nihri. We handle everything from here in the village, which is also our post office and tehsil headquarters. It’s a quiet place in the hills, far away from the noisy cities. We aren't a big developer with hundreds of employees. It’s just a couple of us who look after land and building work in this part of the region. We don’t even have a formal office building; we mostly work out of our homes or meet people at the sites. Nihri is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so we have to be honest about what we can do. Building here takes patience because the roads are narrow and getting materials can be a real struggle. We don't have any big brochures or mission statements. We just talk to the locals, figure out what they need for their land, and try to get the labor organized. Sometimes we are out in the fields all day, and other times we are sitting in the village square discussing new plans. We like the slow pace of life here. Our work is just about helping the village grow in a way that makes sense. It’s practical, hard work, and we don't expect it to be anything else. We are just part of the community here in Nihri doing our part.
