We've been operating out of Talyahar for a while now, right near Sunil Kumar’s place in Mandi. Being in Sadar Tehsil, we see a lot of the local work happening around this part of Himachal. It isn't a big fancy office, just a practical setup where we get things done. Building things in this terrain isn't always easy, but that's what we do. People around here know Sunil and his family, so we try to keep that local reputation in mind with every project we take on. We handle construction tasks that come our way, focusing mostly on what people need in this specific district. It gets busy sometimes, especially when the weather is good for working outside. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing the jobs that need doing. Sometimes we are out on-site more than we are in the office, so things can be a bit quiet at the VPO address listed. We use regular equipment and hire local hands when the job gets big. It's just a straightforward way of working for us. Most of our days are spent checking on materials or talking to the guys on the ground. We don't have a big marketing team, just our name and the work we've finished over the years. It feels good to see a project standing once we are finished. Mandi is a beautiful place to live and work, and being part of the local building scene is how we make our living. No frills, just bricks and mortar mostly.
