Lnj Bhilwara Group (A.D.H.E.P)

This particular branch of the Lnj Bhilwara Group, which we call A.D.H.E.P, is based in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. We are located at H. No. 51/1 in Jawahar Nagar. It is a central enough spot in Mandi, which makes it easy for us to get around. Being up here in the hills means the environment is a bit different than the plains. We have to deal with the winding roads and the mountain weather, but we enjoy it. Our office is just a regular house that we have converted into a workspace. It isn't a modern office building with glass walls. It is a functional place where we can sit down and get our work done. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time, so we are more like a small family than just coworkers. We don't have a lot of formal rules or corporate talk. We just focus on the projects we are handling at the moment. The people living in Jawahar Nagar are our neighbors, and we see them every day. It’s a nice, grounded way to run things. We don't see the need for big marketing campaigns. We just do the work we are supposed to do and try to stay consistent. It is a quiet but busy life for us here in Mandi, and that suits us just fine.
