You can find us over in Thnera Baz in Mandi. Sh. Hans Raj is the one running Kullu Construction Private Limited from this office. We’ve been part of the Mandi community for a while now. Most of our work is right here in the valley or up in the nearby hills. Construction in this part of Himachal is never straightforward because of the terrain and the weather. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough gravel and sand for the week’s tasks. The office in Thnera Baz is where we keep the records and meet up in the mornings. It’s a busy place, usually smells like tea and old paper. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. People know us by our name and the work we’ve done on local houses and buildings. Sometimes the rain stops us for days, and we just have to wait it out. That’s just how it is. We focus on getting things built right so they last through the winters. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and carrying, but we’re used to it. The team is steady, mostly guys who have been with us for years. We like staying local and helping the town grow in our own small way. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep it basic and just keep working.
