It’s a bit of a spread-out business. Sometimes we are working on a road project and other times we are helping with a building meant for tourists. The mohalla is a tight-knit place, and everyone knows what we are up to. We don't have a big corporate office with air conditioning. We mostly meet people outside or at the site itself. The paperwork gets done at the house when the sun goes down. We've been part of this community for a long time, so we care about what we build. We use local materials whenever we can to keep the costs down for everyone. Sentence structures don't really matter to us as much as getting the bricks laid properly. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we don't have any mission statements or fancy goals written on the walls. We just want to finish the job and move on to the next one. The traffic in Amb can be a bit of a mess, but we've learned all the shortcuts over the years to keep moving.
