Itdpcl

Itdpcl is based out in Village Tihra. To get here, you have to go through P.O. Ladraur in Tehsil Bhoranj. We are in the Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh. Being up here in the hills is definitely different from working in the big cities. The air is fresher but the roads can be a bit of a winding journey for those not used to it. Our office is a simple building in the village. It is not a corporate center by any means. It’s just a place where we gather to manage our business and keep things moving. Most of the people working here are locals or have been here long enough to feel like they belong. We don't have a big sign or a fancy reception area. You just walk in and you’ll find us at our desks. We deal with the daily tasks as they come. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we make do with what we have. It’s a quiet life here in Village Tihra compared to the busy plains. We like the fact that we can see the hills while we work. It’s an honest, small-town setup. We don't use big words or have long meetings about missions and visions. We just know what we have to do and we try to do it right every day. People in Ladraur know where we are if they ever need anything. It is a practical, no-nonsense way to run things.
