We are based out of Nagchala in the Balh Tehsil of Mandi. Our office is located at Khasra Number 421, care of Surender Pal. It's a village setting, so it's not like the industrial parks you see in the bigger cities. We work on infra solutions, which means we help build and fix the stuff that keeps the area running. Roads, walls, and small buildings are usually what we deal with. Being in Nagchala is good because we are close to the main highway but still have that village feel. The work can be tough depending on the season, especially when the monsoon hits the Balh valley. We have a small group of guys who are used to the local conditions. We don't have a big corporate structure. It's just us and the machines. We keep our equipment at the site or nearby. Most of our days are spent outdoors checking on progress. We don't really do much office work besides the necessary paperwork. People around the village know where to find us if they have a project in mind. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just look at what needs to be built and we find a way to make it happen. It's about being practical and showing up every day. We’ve been part of the Mandi district for a long time and we plan to stay. It’s a straightforward business run by people who live right here.
