GOLDEN VALLEY BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based at Shop No. 06-07 in Golden City. We are right near the Anaj Mandi, so there is always a lot of activity around us. Being near the grain market means there’s plenty of traffic and people coming and going all the time. We work as builders and developers, which basically means we take a piece of land or an old building and try to turn it into something useful. It’s a lot of paperwork with the local authorities and then a lot of sweat once the actual building starts. Our shop in Golden City is where we meet clients or talk to contractors. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any of those expensive coffee machines or leather chairs you see in the movies. It’s just desks, some maps, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Juggling different sites can be a bit of a headache sometimes, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies are late. But that's just how it is when you’re building stuff. We have been in this area for a while now and we know how things work around the Anaj Mandi. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one that people in the local community can talk to without any fuss. It’s just us doing our daily jobs and trying to keep everything running.
