Our place, Dvr Hospitality & Management Services, is located in Lakshmi Bazar. That is in Joginder Nagar, right near the local Post Office. It is a central spot, so most people in town know where we are. We handle a lot of different things related to hospitality here in Mandi - 175015. It is not a very big office, but we keep it organized. We started this because we saw a lot of people coming to Joginder Nagar who needed help with their stay or managing their events. It is a local effort. We are not some big chain from the city. We are just local people who know how things work in this part of the hills. Sometimes the market gets very crowded, especially on holidays, but we are easy to find if you look for the Post Office. We spend our time talking to guests and making sure everything is running okay at the properties we look after. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them how it is based on what we know. If a place is full, it's full. If the water is cold because of the weather, we let them know. It is about being practical and honest with everyone who walks through our door to ask for help with their plans.
