We are located at 689/1, right across from the power house in Joginder Nagar. It's a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. Running a food and restaurant business here means things are always a bit chaotic, but we like the energy. It’s just a small team of us working the kitchen and making sure the tables are cleared. We don't have a giant corporate office or a board of directors telling us what to do. Most of the time, we just decide on the menu based on what we can get fresh at the market. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a regular brick structure that we’ve made our own. There are days when the traffic outside is so loud we can hardly hear each other, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to win any awards or be the fanciest place in town. We just want people to have a place to sit and eat something decent. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when we’re understaffed, but we do what we can. It’s an honest living and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't spend much time thinking about growth or expansion. For us, it’s enough to keep the doors open and the kitchen running every day. That’s our life at Dacha Foods.
