Croxaint Digital Private Limited is based out of 207 New Anaj Mandi. Being in the grain market means it is always busy and a bit noisy outside our door. We like the energy of the market though. It’s a lot different from the quiet digital work we do inside. We have a simple office with a few computers and some sturdy desks. We don't have a receptionist or any fancy coffee machines. We just make our own drinks in the corner. We handle things like websites and social media for our clients. Most of the people we work with are from different places, so we mostly talk over the phone or email. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency around. We just want to do a good job and stay busy. The team is small and we all know each other well. There are no long meetings or corporate rules here. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but that’s just how it goes. Being in the Anaj Mandi keeps us grounded. It reminds us that work is about being practical and getting things finished. We don't use any big marketing words. We just tell people what we can do and then we go ahead and do it. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
