Chotiya Construction Private Limited is our name. You can find us at the office of Shri Mana Ram Arya in Shastri Colony. We are located right behind the New Krishi Mandi. Being near the Mandi means there is always a lot of activity nearby, especially in the mornings. Construction is a tough business, but we’ve been doing it for long enough that it’s just second nature now. Our office in Shastri Colony is a comfortable place where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We work on various building projects in the area. We aren't some massive corporation with offices in every city; we’re just here. People in the colony know us, and we know them. We try to be helpful when people have questions about their own building needs. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or materials are hard to find, but we manage. We don't use those polished sales pitches you see on TV. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. If you’re looking for us, just head toward the New Krishi Mandi and turn into Shastri Colony. We’re usually there from early morning until the sun starts to go down, just keeping things moving along as best as we can every single day.
