Chanarika Memorial Hospital Private Limited is located over at Tulsi Mandi in the Gularbagh area of Patna. It's actually at Ravi Gupta Bhushan’s place, he is the son of Harihar Prasad. If you know the area, it's pretty busy around there with all the shops and people moving about. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. The building isn’t anything too fancy, just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling well. Patna can get really hot in the summer, so the fans are always going. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle with the traffic outside because Gularbagh gets packed, especially during the festival seasons. We just try to keep things running as smoothly as we can. It’s a local hospital, nothing more. Most people around here know Ravi or his family. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just walk in when they have a problem. The rooms are kept as clean as possible, though the floors get dusty pretty quick with the street being so close. My cousin actually works in the pharmacy section sometimes when it gets busy. It’s just how things are done here in this part of Bihar. We handle the paperwork and the patients one by one. There’s always someone sitting on the bench out front waiting for their turn. It’s a bit noisy with the scooters outside but you get used to it after a while. I think we've been in this spot for enough years that people just know where to find us.
