Cake8Door Enterprises Private Limited is out here at Plot No. FC - 34, near Narayan Sarovar. If you know the Muhana Mandi Road in Sanga Ner, then you know exactly how busy it gets around here. It is a lot of noise and traffic most of the time, especially when the market is in full swing. We ended up in this spot because it was available and it had enough room for the cake equipment we needed to set up. To be honest, the place is often covered in a bit of dust from the road, but inside we keep things moving. We aren't some big high-end shop with a glass front; it’s more of a practical workspace where we focus on getting the baking done. Our team is just a handful of local people who live nearby in Sanga Ner. We spend a lot of time arguing about the best way to get deliveries out through the Mandi traffic. It is definitely not a glamorous job, standing over the tables and making sure the icing is right while the sun is hot outside. Sometimes we forget to even take a break because there is so much to do. Plot FC-34 isn't hard to find if you are looking for it, but it just looks like any other building on the road from the outside. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the cakes are finished for the day.
