We are based out of Shop No. 100 in the Mandi. It’s a small place, maybe a bit cramped, but it works for us. Ame Pur Exports Private Limited started because we wanted to get local goods out to other places. It’s a lot of manual work and checking boxes. The Mandi is always crowded, which keeps us on our toes every single day. You have to be quick if you want to get things moved on time. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on the exports. Some days are slower than others, of course. When it rains heavily, the whole area slows down to a crawl, and we just wait it out. Our office is basically just a room with a desk and a phone. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners know our faces. We deal with various products depending on what's in season or what people are asking for at the time. It’s not complicated, just requires a lot of patience with the shipping schedules and the drivers. People often ask how we manage in such a small shop, but we make it work somehow. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or coordinating with guys on the ground. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't use any big corporate talk here. We're just regular people trying to run a business in the middle of a busy market. It’s noisy, cramped, and busy, but it’s where we do our thing. Shop 100 is home for us during the work week.
