We have been based in Mandi Gobindgarh for quite a few years now. Our small shop is situated right in Shastri Nagar, not too far from the Vishkarma Mandir. It is a busy little area of the district. Most of our days are spent covered in ink and trying to fix paper jams. People stop by from all over the place when their machines act up. Usually, they are in a bit of a rush because they have something important to print. We just do our best to get it sorted out for them. It is not a fancy place at all. You will likely see stacks of spare parts and empty boxes lying around. The smell of toner is pretty much always in the air. We know our neighbors well because we have been on this same street for a long time. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially when there is a festival going on at the temple nearby. We do not have a big office with nice furniture. It is just a practical workspace where we tinker with things. If you walk past the mandir, you will probably see our sign. The shop gets a bit crowded when more than two people are inside at once. There is usually a half-finished cup of tea sitting on a workbench somewhere. That is just how we operate. Most folks find us by asking around the neighborhood. It is a simple life and we just keep at it.
