We've been at No. 73 Sector 23- A Khanna Side for quite a while now. Running Lotey Heavy Machines Pvt. Ltd. is mostly about keeping up with what people around here need on their farms. It’s a busy spot, especially with the trucks coming off the Khanna side, but we managed to make it work over the years. Most days it’s just us handling the usual load of heavy machinery work. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. It's more of a place where you come in, get what you need for your equipment, and move on. There's always some grease on the floor and a bit of noise from the back, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with big machines. We started out pretty small and stayed grounded. Some people find the address a bit tricky the first time because of how Sector 23- A is laid out, but once you find the big sign, you’re here. We just keep things straightforward. If something can be fixed, we say so, and if it's going to take a week, we don't tell you it'll be done tomorrow. It gets hot in the summer and we sometimes have to wait on parts like everyone else, but we keep the gates open. It’s just honest work. We know most of the faces coming through the door by now. It’s not about being the biggest shop, just about being here when someone’s tractor needs some attention.
