Lotey Cranes & Elevators

Over here at Sector 23-A, near the Khanna side, things stay pretty industrial. Our place at number 73 is where we handle all the crane and elevator stuff. The yard is usually filled with steel beams and heavy parts that look like they’ve seen a lot of use. We spend our days either in the workshop or out on a site somewhere. It’s heavy work, and you can’t really do it without getting your clothes dirty. We have a small room we use as an office, but mostly we are out where the machinery is. The weather can be tough, especially when it’s raining, but the work doesn’t really stop. We’ve got a couple of old trucks we use to move things around, and they’ve been reliable for years. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. If someone wants to see what we do, they just come by the gate and see the guys working. It’s a lot of welding and bolting things together. We talk about the machines more than anything else. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a repair, and that’s just part of the deal. We know the people in this sector and they know we are here if something stops moving. It’s a basic operation, run by people who just like fixing big mechanical things and making sure they work like they are supposed to.
