We've been here in Chatterpura for quite a while now. Most folks around here know us as Avtar Singh & Co. It’s just us doing what we do every day. The building isn't anything fancy, just a spot where we get our work done. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but that’s just how it goes when you’ve been in the same place for years. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing the people who walk through the door. It’s not about being the biggest company in the area or having some shiny office. We just show up, open the gates, and handle whatever comes our way. The weather in Chatterpura can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the summer heat, but we’re used to it by now. There’s no big team of managers here, just a few of us making sure things run right. You might see us out front talking to neighbors or just getting things sorted for the next day. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing big reports. Most of our day is spent actually working or talking to people face to face. If you’re looking for a corporate office, you’re in the wrong place. We’re just a local outfit trying to keep things moving along. It’s been that way for a long time and we don’t see it changing. Just regular people doing regular work right here.
