We set up Sri Raja Rajeshwara Fly Ash Bricks Industry here in Ajilabaad because there was a need for it in this district. Mostly, it is just us working through the days, making sure the fly ash mix is right before it goes into the molds. The yard gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just how it is when you work with these materials. We spend a lot of time checking the stacks and making sure everything is drying like it should. It isn't fancy work. Sometimes the machines act up or the weather doesn't help us out, especially during the rains when things get a bit messy around the site. We have our regulars who come by with their tractors or trucks to pick up what they need for their own builds around the village. It is a quiet enough place most of the time, just the sound of the press and the guys moving stuff around. We have been at this for a bit now, and you get used to the routine of it. Usually, we start early before it gets too hot out. There is always a pile of ash waiting to be used and a pile of bricks waiting to go out. We just keep at it, day by day, making sure the inventory stays moving. If you walk around the back, you can see where we keep the raw materials stored near the fence. It's just a regular local business doing what needs doing. We'll be here tomorrow morning too, just like always, starting the same routine over again.
