Up here in Adilabad, in the Mancherial area, you can find us at 3-58/1 in Gopal Wada. We are in the 7th Ward. It’s a small bistro setup. We aren't in a big city like Hyderabad, so things move a bit slower here. The shop is just a basic place where people can grab a bite. We have a few tables and chairs. Most of our day is spent prepping the kitchen and making sure we have enough supplies brought in from the local market. The address is 504208 if you need the pin. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who do a bit of everything, from taking orders to cleaning up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We get locals coming in mostly. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of living in this part of the state. We don't try to be something we aren't. It’s just a bistro. The walls have some marks on them and the menu is pretty short. We focus on what we can actually make well. The street outside can get dusty. We just keep the doors open and see who walks in. It’s been our spot for a while and we’re used to the rhythm of the 7th Ward. Our neighbors are nice and the atmosphere is quiet enough for a meal. We serve food and then we go home to start again tomorrow.
