It is a place filled with the smell of sawdust and wood glue. We spend our time cutting timber and putting together pieces of furniture. It is not a showroom with bright lights; it’s a real workshop where the floor is usually covered in shavings. We make tables, chairs, and cupboards for people around the local area. Sometimes a customer comes in with a specific idea and we try to figure out how to build it for them. It’s a hands-on job. We have been here for a while and the neighbors are used to the sound of our saws. We don't have a big team, just a few guys who know how to handle wood.
