Magic

Our little place, Magic, is at Shop No-2 in the Walse Shopping Center. This is out in the Ambegaon, Nirgudsar area. The shopping center is a local hub, and being at Shop No-2 means we are right there near the entrance. It’s a cozy spot, though "cozy" is just a nice way of saying we wish we had a bit more room for all our stuff. We’ve got shelves pushed up against every available inch of wall space. Most of the time, the place is buzzing with people coming in and out of the other shops, so there is a lot of noise and energy around. We don't have a fancy interior designer or anything; we just put up some shelves where they fit and started working. The floor tile is a bit cracked near the counter, but nobody seems to mind. We spend our days mostly organizing what we have and talking to the regulars who stop by for a chat. It’s a very local feel here. We know the guy who runs the shop next door and the families who come in on the weekends. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, open the shop, and do what needs to be done until it’s time to lock up and head home to Nirgudsar. It’s a straightforward life and a straightforward business, which is exactly how we like it. We just keep moving.
