L&T Geo Structure

We are located at Plot No -979 on Mount Poonamallee Road in Manapakkam. It’s a dusty area because of all the construction going on around here. Our office is where we handle the ground-level stuff for big projects. There are always boots and hard hats near the entrance. The floor is often covered in a bit of grit from people coming in from the sites. We spend a lot of time staring at soil reports and structural drawings. It’s a busy office, especially in the mornings when the site teams are getting ready. The noise from the road is constant, but we’ve gotten used to it. We have a small area where we keep the coffee machine, and that’s usually the busiest spot in the room. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and project schedules. We work long hours when a big job is starting. Most of the staff are practical people who don’t care much for corporate talk. We just want to make sure the foundations are right. The heat in Manapakkam can be tough, so we stay inside as much as we can during the midday sun. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the equipment is where it needs to be. We finish up when the work is done, sometimes late into the evening. It’s hard work but it’s what we know and we do it every day. We usually have a lot of maps spread out on the desks.
