Ranaut Autos sits right on the Unna-Kullu Manali Highway in Bhambla. It is a pretty good spot because everyone passes by on their way up north. We are very close to the Post Office, so if you can find that, you can find us easily enough. The highway gets really loud with trucks and tourists going back and forth, especially in the summer months when things get busy. We usually have the doors open to catch a breeze, though the dust from the road comes in too. Living and working here in Bhambla is quiet aside from the traffic. The post office next door is where we see most of the neighbors. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the space here where we handle things. People stop in when they are traveling or if they live locally in the village. It’s a simple building, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. Sometimes the weather gets a bit wild on the highway, but we stay open as much as we can. We’ve been at this location for some time now and most people around here know the name. It’s just a regular place where we spend our days. You see a lot of different faces coming through since it is a main road. We just try to keep things moving and stay productive in our own way.
