We are located over in Sector-26 of Noida, which is technically under the Ghaziabad district area. Our office at C-39 is where the Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited team handles the local operations for this part of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a busy neighborhood. We’ve got houses and other businesses all around us, so it feels very much like a part of the community. Every day is a mix of phone calls, site visits, and trying to keep the paperwork from getting out of hand. The commute in Noida can be a bit of a grind, but once we’re in, it’s all about the projects. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign out front that lights up. We just have our desks and our equipment. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all complain about it, but we still find a way to get the reports sent out. Most of us have been in the construction industry for a long time, so we’ve seen it all. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make sure the buildings and roads we’re working on are built right. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going and some snacks on someone’s desk to share. We just keep going.
