Our location is out at S.No.4/5, 4/5A, on the B&4B Highway in Madhuranthagam Taluka. Being in the Kancheepuram district means we are quite a distance from the main city buzz. Ied Greenpower India Pvt.Ltd. is set up in a place where there is more open space than buildings. The highway is right there, so we hear the trucks passing by all day long. It’s a different kind of work environment compared to a downtown office. We have a lot of space, which is good for what we do. The weather out here can be pretty harsh, either very sunny or pouring rain. We have a small team, and everyone knows what their job is. It’s not the kind of place where you see people in fancy outfits. We wear practical clothes because we are often moving between the office and the outdoor areas. The commute for some of us is quite long, but you get used to the drive. We don't have many shops nearby, so we usually bring our own food or eat at the small canteen area. It’s a quiet life in some ways, even with the highway noise. We focus on the technical side of power and making sure everything is running as it should. There aren't any big meetings, just quick chats to see how things are going. It’s a very hands-on way to spend the workday. We just get through the list of tasks.
