We are situated on Muktsar Road. The business is Agri Mech Solutions. Like the name says, we work on mechanical solutions for farming. It’s a lot of grease, metal, and hard work. Our workshop is right on the main road, so it’s easy for farmers to bring their equipment in. We spend most of our time fixing tractors or putting together new machinery that makes farm life a bit easier. It’s a noisy place with the sound of welding and hammering going on all day. We don’t have a clean office environment. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails and oil on our clothes. That’s just the nature of the job. We started this because we saw how often machines were breaking down and how long it took to get them fixed. We try to get things back in the field as fast as we can. We don't use any marketing fluff or make big claims about being the best. We just look at the engine or the parts and tell you what needs to be done. It’s honest work for people who rely on their machines to make a living. The sun beats down on the corrugated roof in the summer, making it pretty hot inside. We just drink our tea, wipe the sweat off, and keep on working until the job is finished. Every day is different depending on what breaks.
