Dominicus Semilla Agrico Pvt. Ltd. is situated at H. No. 3-15-27/P in Venkataramana Colony. This is in the Mallapur area. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main industrial zones. We use this house as our main base for the agriculture business. We have some bags of seeds and various samples sitting around the hallway. It’s not a fancy office with a glass front. It looks like any other house on the street, except for the sign out front and the occasional delivery truck blocking the driveway. The neighbors are used to us by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to farmers and suppliers. Sometimes the connection is bad, and we have to stand out on the balcony to get a better signal. We have a small team, and we usually eat lunch together in the kitchen. It’s a very informal way to work. We don't have meetings with PowerPoint slides. We just sit around and talk about what needs to be done for the week. Mallapur is a good spot for us, even if it’s a bit out of the way for some. We’ve got our records in some old filing cabinets and our boots by the door. It’s a practical setup for what we do with seeds and agricultural supplies. Just a regular business in a regular house. We just keep everything moving forward as best as we can here.
