We provide business solutions, which basically means we help other businesses with their daily tasks and problems. It could be anything from technical help to just sorting out general operations. The office is a busy place, especially since Nandura Road is a main path for many. We have a small group of staff who know their way around a computer and various business systems. We didn't want to go to a big city to start this. We felt that staying here in Malkapur was the right move because we know the people and the environment. There is a lot of back-and-forth during the day, making sure everyone gets what they need. It isn't always perfect—sometimes the internet goes slow or we run out of stationary—but we manage to get through it. We aren't big on using corporate jargon. We prefer to speak plainly with our clients so everyone is on the same page. People usually come to us because they heard about us from a friend or another local owner.
