SAMSER INFRA BUILDCON (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Samser Infra Buildcon is a small operation run out of Boriguma. Our office is at House No 11 in Sontashi Nagar, right at N.K. Panda’s place. Boriguma is one of those places where everyone knows who you are. We’re an (OPC) Private Limited, which basically means it’s a one-person company, though we have a few hands helping out. We do building and construction work around the local area. It’s not about huge skyscrapers or anything; we mostly help folks with their homes or small commercial spots. Being in Sontashi Nagar is nice because it’s a quiet residential area. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the house and sit down for a bit. We’ve lived in Boriguma a long time, so we know the local soil and what works best for building here. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather isn't cooperating. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening to get a job finished. We don't mind the long hours because it’s our own business. We’re just trying to make a living and build things that last. It’s a straightforward life here. No corporate games, just honest building work for the community. Most of our tools are kept in the back, and the front room is where the real planning happens over some hot tea.
