A K Santhi Industry

Down in Neredmet, at H No 29 393 in Keshava Nagar, that is where we do our work. A K Santhi Industry is basically a small workshop where we make parts and handle industrial stuff. It’s not very clean, but a workshop shouldn't be, right? There is grease on the floor and the smell of hot metal is always there. We have a couple of machines that have been with us since the beginning. They make a lot of noise, but they are reliable. We get orders from all over the local area and we just try to get them out the door as fast as we can. Sometimes we stay late when a machine breaks down because we have to fix it ourselves. It is a tough way to make a living but it is what we know. The neighbors in Keshava Nagar are used to us by now. We try not to be too loud too early in the morning. It’s just a few of us here, no big managers or human resources departments. If you have a problem, you just talk to me or my brother. We handle everything from the raw material coming in to the finished pieces going out. It is hard work and our hands are always dirty. But it’s a real business and we take care of the people who buy from us. That is just how we do things here every day of the week.
