New Paliwal Auto Parts is located in Ward No. 3 in Piplia Mandi, which is part of Taluka Malhargarh. We are pretty easy to find since we’re near Ajay Pocket Road. This is a small town, so most of our customers are people we see every week at the market or around the neighborhood. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes of parts—spark plugs, filters, brake pads, you name it. It’s a bit of a maze in here, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. We’ve got stuff for tractors, motorcycles, and cars. Since we are in a rural area, we make sure to keep a lot of heavy-duty parts in stock for the farmers. The shop is usually dusty because of the road right outside, and we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. We don't have a computer to track inventory; we just know what we have on the shelves by heart. My son helps me out during the busy hours, especially when the farmers come in after their work is done for the day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just selling parts and talking to people about their machines. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the state, just a place for the folks in Piplia Mandi to get what they need to keep their vehicles moving. We enjoy being here.
