Shaheen Manufactures

Shaheen Manufactures is tucked away in Abdul Colony. If you get to Bunshi Chowk, you are pretty much there. It’s a local neighborhood, not a big industrial park. We have our setup here and it works for what we do. It’s noisy sometimes because of the machines, but the neighbors don’t seem to mind too much. We’ve known them for years. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. It’s easier to manage everything when it’s just a handful of us. Abdul Colony is a good place to be. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go during the afternoon. Bunshi Chowk is always full of traffic, so we try to get our deliveries done early in the morning. Shaheen Manufactures is just what it says. We make things. It’s not complicated. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working. The floor is concrete and the roof is tin. It gets hot in the summer, but we have some fans. We don't use fancy computers for much. Mostly just paper and pencil for the orders. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't looking to grow into a giant company. We just want to keep the lights on and the work moving in Abdul Colony.
