Almighty Traders

We are located in the Jamalpura area of Sangrur, specifically near Mohammad Usman Khan Wala. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks coming and going at all hours of the day. We deal with trading various goods that come through this part of town. The office is basically just a single room with a heavy desk and some old ledgers. It’s really not much to look at. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking the stock that comes in on the lorries. Things move very fast here. One day the warehouse area is full, and the next day it’s completely empty. We don't use big words or any of that fancy marketing talk. We just buy things and sell them. It’s how it’s always been done in my family. The weather gets really hot here in Sangrur, so we usually have the ceiling fan going on full blast all afternoon. People drop by to talk about prices and the market. We sit down, have some tea, and eventually figure things out. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know all the other traders who work around here. We’ve been at this same address for a long time now. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but everyone in the neighborhood knows the way to our door. We keep all the paperwork in these old cardboard folders. Some of them are getting a bit tattered. We don’t have a big staff, just family.
