Hans Paint

You can find Hans Paint right on Railway Road in Agar Nagar. We are in the Malerkotla area of Sangrur district. It’s pretty easy to spot because we are near the Civil Hospital. The road is always busy with people going to the hospital or heading towards the train station. We spend our days surrounded by cans and buckets. There is always a faint smell of paint in the air, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. It’s a dusty part of town. The shelves are filled with different colors, and we spend a lot of time moving things around to find what someone needs. We don't have a computer system that tells us where everything is, we just know. The floor is stained with spills from over the years, which I guess makes sense for a paint shop. We have a small desk near the front where we sit when there aren't any customers. Sometimes the neighbors from the other shops come by to chat. It’s a friendly enough spot. When the trains go by, the whole building shakes just a little bit. We’ve been on Railway Road for quite some time. It’s a simple business. We open up early and close late. Agar Nagar is a busy place, and being near the hospital means there’s always something going on outside our door. We just keep the shop running and do what we can for the folks here.
