Almighty Traders

Down in Jamalpura, Malerkotla, specifically in the Mohalla Usman Khan Wala area, is where Almighty Traders is located. We handle a variety of trading goods, mostly things used in local construction and hardware. The warehouse is a bit of a maze. We have bags of cement, pipes, and all sorts of metal fittings stashed away. It can get pretty chaotic when three trucks show up at once to unload, and the street is narrow, so we have to move fast. I’ve been running this place for a good while. It’s a dusty job, and my clothes are usually covered in some kind of grit by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy office. I just have a small desk tucked in the corner with a calendar and a phone. We deal with local contractors and people doing up their houses. It’s all about knowing what’s in stock and what needs to be ordered. Sometimes the prices go up and we have to explain that to the customers, which is never fun for anyone. But people around here are mostly understanding. We don’t use any marketing tricks or big slogans. We just sell what we have at a fair price. Malerkotla is a tight-knit place, so if you don't do a good job, everyone knows. We just try to be honest and keep the business moving so we can pay our bills and stay open.
