M. B. Sugars & Pharmaceuticals is based out of Lodha Bhuvan. We use Post Box No. 31 for our mail, which is how a lot of our long-distance business used to get done before everything went digital. Lodha Bhuvan is an older building and it has a lot of character compared to the new blocks. We’ve been operating from here for a long time, dealing with both sugar products and pharmaceutical ingredients. It’s an interesting mix of industries, but it’s what we’ve always done. The office inside the building is quite traditional. We have heavy wooden desks and some old filing cabinets that have been there for decades. It isn't one of those modern, minimalist offices you see in the big cities. We have a lot of staff who have been with us for years, so it feels a bit like a family business even though the company has grown quite a bit. The location is central to our operations, and we are very used to the rhythms of the local area. Dealing with sugar means we are often talking about crops and harvest seasons, while the pharma side is more about chemistry and strict regulations. We don't have a flashy website or do much in the way of marketing. We mostly rely on the reputation we’ve built over many years. People know where to find us in Lodha Bhuvan. It’s a busy place with a lot of history, and we just continue to do our work.
